TODAY: Zoom “Office Hour” With Eric and Me—Employment 2021

Join my FisherBroyles‘ partner Eric Meyer and me at noon eastern on Zoom today for a little lunchtime happy hour.

There’s still time to register here.

We’ll talk about these two new U.S. Department of Labor Field Assistance Bulletins released yesterday supporting remote workplace flexibilities. One addresses electronic posting of workplace notices (FLSA and FMLA), and the other one confirms whether telemedicine counts as “treatment” under the FMLA.

Hey, speaking of remote workplaces, we also want to spend some time on lessons learned from 2020 and the extent to which telework will be a reasonable accommodation in 2021. We may even make some predictions for 2021.

Or, maybe, we’ll ask the Glitterati.

We’ll talk COVID-19 vaccinations—should employers require them or not?

What are the exceptions?

So grab a sandwich, grab salad, (or even a cocktail if you’re not working today), and join us!

Register here, and we’ll see you at noon.
